Early Joseon Dumbeong Jarabyeong (Turtle Flask)

A flask crouching low like a turtle, its short spout rising at an angle. Fired in the early Joseon dumbeong manner — the whole body dipped in white slip — so earthy patches seep through the milky surface here and there.
A bottle once carried to the fields with water or wine; the wear of that use, left as it is, makes it all the better.
